Terms of Service

OZVA is a multilingual AI phone receptionist for businesses (it speaks many languages, including Turkish). It answers inbound calls, records them, produces transcripts and optionally provides call transfer and appointment booking. The service may also include a cloud PBX component.

OZVA does not sell phone numbers and is not a carrier. You bring your own phone number and carrier/SIP trunk (BYON); you pay carrier fees directly to your carrier. Telephony costs are not ours.

You must register with accurate, current information and you are responsible for the security of your account. You may only use the service for lawful purposes you are authorised to carry out.

The service runs on a fixed monthly subscription; the package you choose includes that package's monthly minute allowance. Current packages and prices are listed on the pricing page and on the Subscription screen in your dashboard. When those minutes run out you continue by upgrading to a bigger package. Customers in Türkiye are billed at a fixed Turkish-lira price; customers elsewhere are billed in US dollars.

If you do not bring your own OpenAI key (BYOK), usage is deducted from your credit at the plan's markup factor. When your balance falls below a threshold, a limited number of automatic top-ups per month may be charged to your saved card.

Payments are collected through Stripe.

Subscriptions are commitment-free; you may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge; the current billing period remains usable until it ends.

Collected subscription fees and used service periods are non-refundable. Purchased minute packs are non-refundable; unused minutes are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

In the event of a sustained, documented service outage attributable to OZVA, proportional remedies for the affected period (e.g. extra time/minutes) may be considered at OZVA's discretion.

New accounts start with a small trial credit and a trial window. After the trial ends, a subscription is required to keep taking calls.

Complying with local law on call recording and informing/obtaining consent from callers is your responsibility.

You may not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment or unlawful content. We apply reasonable usage and rate limits to prevent abuse.

The service relies on third-party services such as OpenAI, Stripe, AWS and Cloudflare. Outages of these services may be outside OZVA's control.

The OZVA brand, software and content belong to AIFINEX OÜ. Your account data and call recordings belong to you.

We may make changes and perform maintenance from time to time to improve the service. We strive to provide the service with reasonable continuity; however, 100% uptime is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OZVA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account in case of a breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, where AIFINEX OÜ is established. Mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence remain reserved.
