AI Phone Assistant Pricing: What You Actually Pay in 2026

There is no single answer to "how much does an AI phone assistant cost?", because vendors price different things. This guide explains how the price is built so you can compare offers like for like.

Minutes are what set the price

An AI assistant's cost scales with talk time. That is why serious packages state "X minutes included per month". If an offer does not name a minute allowance, it is not comparable.

Our own packages (flat monthly, no commitment):

• Starter — $29/mo, 100 minutes ($0.29/min)
• Growth — $69/mo, 250 minutes ($0.28/min)
• Standard — $119/mo, 500 minutes ($0.24/min)
• Pro — $199/mo, 1,000 minutes ($0.20/min)

The per-minute rate drops as you move up. Above 1,000 minutes and for outbound campaigns we quote separately.

What published prices look like in Turkey

In August 2026 we surveyed Turkish providers that publish their pricing. Two things stand out:

• Effective per-minute cost runs between 9 and 15 TL. Package-based sellers sit at the low end, pay-as-you-go at the high end. Pay-as-you-go looks attractive until line rental and call recording get added per minute.
• Some providers publish no price at all, only "request a quote". You cannot compare a hidden price — at minimum, ask for the included minutes and the per-minute rate.

So reduce it to one question: monthly fee ÷ included minutes = the real per-minute price. The rest is packaging.

Three line items buyers forget

1) Is the base plan separate from the phone plan? A common structure in this market: you buy a base subscription (for chat or messaging), and phone minutes are billed on top. In that case "100 minutes for X" is misleading — the real cost is the sum. With us, phone is the package itself.

2) Who pays for the phone line? The AI fee and the carrier fee are different things. We do not sell phone numbers and we do not bill telephony; your number and your carrier stay yours. If you would rather we handle the phone system too, the PBX add-on is a separate monthly line.

3) Setup fees and lock-in. Onboarding fees, minimum terms and cancellation rules are part of the price. We charge no setup fee and require no commitment.

The benchmark: a human receptionist

A full-time receptionist costs an employer far more per month than any of these packages, and still only covers business hours. An AI assistant does not replace a person in every job, but it does catch the calls you would otherwise miss, around the clock.

Do not pick a plan before you know your volume

The right package depends on how many minutes you talk, not how many calls you get. If your average call is under a minute, 100 minutes is a lot of calls. When in doubt, start on the smallest plan and size up with real data.
